Everything is just "not quite." It's not bad it's just not quite good either. Nothing ever tastes like you except it too.

The experience I had here once still bothers me to this day.....driving by recently reminded me to share the story. We went as a family of 4 to dine in (11 yr and 3 yr old). Upon arrival the witch/owner behind the register began to roll her eyes and mumble about my daughter making a mess, mind you we hadn't even sat down. The food was average at best, over priced compared to other grab and go Chinese shops. Throughout the meal we had to deal with the owner repeatedly observing and commenting on our dining habits and running the vacuum to make sure we couldn't hold a conversation. The place was filthy when we arrived I couldn't believe how we were being treated. Don't offer dine in if you can't keep that hell hole clean. I never have felt more disrespected in a restaurant, all because my little girl may have dropped a piece of rice on her precious floor. Needless to say we got up, left, and never will return. If you have another option take your business there, this rude lady doesn't deserve sh*t!!

Hole in the wall setting; I have no problem with that. But my portion of Kung Bao chicken was kid sized, and was more than half celery. The bits of chicken were sliced thin and tough. The sauce holding it all together was flavorful and spicy, but not enough to make me wanna go back.

Food is garbage and expensive. I ordered the lunch special and it cost nearly $13.00. Not much of a "Lunch Special". The lady seemed nice but not overly helpful. The soup was a small cup that was only half full. The cashew chicken tasted like it may have been left over from the day before. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also; don't think about eating there. Its not very welcoming and very dirty.

Good, cheap Chinese food. The hot & sour soup here is the best. It's a tiny, plain decorated place set up mostly for take-out, but they have a few tables for eat-in. Service is done by the owner, who is very friendly and likes to chit chat with her regulars :-) Easy to spend anywhere between $7-13 a person here depending on what you get.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
